1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one a555 account. Creating multiple accounts — including under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, a555 reserves the right to suspend all such accounts and forfeit associated balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your real name, valid contact details, and date of birth. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. a555 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact support immediately.

• Accounts must be registered in your own name and for your own use only.
• You may not sell, transfer, or assign your a555 account to another person.
• a555 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time by requesting supporting documentation.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to administrative review.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on a555 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following local payment methods:

Deposits are credited to your a555 account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the method used, but most JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits reflect within minutes.

• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Deposits made from third-party accounts or on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. All withdrawals are paid out in PKR to your verified account.

• You must have completed any applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. a555 may request documentation to confirm your identity and ownership of the payment account before processing a withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Processing times vary by payment method. Most withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are completed within 24 hours of approval, though delays may occur during high-volume periods or pending verification.
• a555 reserves the right to conduct additional checks on withdrawal requests that appear unusual in size or pattern before processing.

Funds that have been deposited but never used in gameplay may be subject to review before withdrawal. Repeated deposit-and-withdrawal activity without genuine gameplay may be treated as a violation of these Terms.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

a555 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated for each promotion.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and can only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion details.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the previous bonus.
• Bonuses are intended for personal use only. Using multiple accounts, coordinating with other players, or exploiting technical loopholes to gain bonus advantage constitutes abuse and will result in account suspension.
• a555 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse or if technical errors have led to incorrect bonus amounts being issued.

7 Fair Play & Gaming Rules

All games available on a555 — including slots, table games, live casino, and fish games — are provided by third-party game studios and operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer setups. a555 does not alter game outcomes.

By playing any game on the platform, you accept that:

• Game results are determined by the game software and are final once a round is complete.
• Disconnections during a game round do not automatically void the round. Where a round has been initiated and a bet placed, the outcome will be recorded as the game software determines, and any winnings or losses will apply accordingly.
• If a technical fault occurs that affects the integrity of a game round, a555 may void the affected round and return the bet amount to the player's account. This decision is at a555's sole discretion.

8 Sports Betting Rules

The a555 sports betting section covers cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals, and other formats — as well as football and esports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed, and the confirmed odds will apply.
• Bets that have been accepted and confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that market, which are available in the betting section.
• In-play betting markets are offered on selected matches. Bets on in-play markets are subject to brief delays and may be suspended at any point without notice.
• a555 reserves the right to void any bet that has been accepted in error — for example, due to an obvious pricing mistake — and to return the stake to the player's account.
• Maximum stake limits apply on individual markets. Players attempting to circumvent stake limits through multiple accounts will have their bets voided.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on a555 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts or providing false identity information.
• Using another person's account, payment method, or identity without their explicit consent.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or use cheating tools of any kind.
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering or any other financial crime through the platform.
• Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with games or the platform in any way.
• Systematically exploiting bonuses or promotions across multiple accounts or in bad faith.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing a555 staff or other players through any communication channel.

a555 monitors platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where suspicious behaviour is detected, a555 may place holds on withdrawals, request additional documentation, or suspend accounts pending investigation without prior notice.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

a555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Detection of duplicate accounts linked to the same player.
• A player's voluntary request to close their own account.
• A self-exclusion request submitted through the responsible gaming tools.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method after applicable checks are completed.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account should contact support directly. Account closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe.

11 Privacy & Data

12 Limitation of Liability
